In commercial & general litigation cases we work with a number of leading funders in the market who provide solicitors with free help and guidance around retainer options, third party funding and legal expense insurance to help lawyers meet their professional obligations, to use the best funding option for any case and ensure cash flow is maintained. 

In general Litigation, as approved Costs Panel members we are able to assist you with a new product to market launched by Doorway Capital in September 2024 which is available on a portfolio of cases where either liability has been admitted (save as to causation) or a substantive and sensible offer to settle has been made by the defendant or its insurers. This product will require Integral to audit the portfolio of cases in a pre-funding report before Doorway will release said funds. N.b. It is possible for this funding product to operate alongside any other funding product you have in place (subject to terms and conditions) such as disbursement funding or funding for growth. 

Alternatively, if you need a facility to assist your firm’s growth and business development we work with Doorway Capital who can offer funding on an evergreen basis that grows alongside your individual business needs.

If you are a funder, we offer funding auditing facilities to ensure compliance with the terms of your funding agreement, the Solicitors Code of Conduct, Solicitors Accounts Rules and Solicitors Act 1974 to ensure that your loan is protected.
